Rachel needs to focus more on customer satisfaction and less on the condescending "honey" and "sweety" comments. This office is a nightmare! As the days go by and I speak with my new agent at a different office and State Farm Corporate, I find out more fraudulent actions this office has taken. A full investigation has been requested by the State and State Farm Corporate office."
