"This agency did not advocate for us during the claim process on our vehicle. I called Several times asking for help.They don’t call back or it’s rare if they do. I asked them to help on this claim because I was getting nowhere with their claim system.

Nobody should have their car tied up for approximately three months in the shop attempting to get their car fixed because of adjuster not coming out or doesn’t understand the nature of the repair. I had to play adjuster and take all the photos and upload them myself. I didn’t get help with anything whatsoever even from my agent. My father-in-law used to be a State Farm agent and he would never ever abandon his clients like this and he would advocate and get on the phone and make things happen. This agency doesn’t return phone calls. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The impression we get as long-term State Farm clients, previous agent owners and workers for the company, indicates that this agency just writes policies and could care less about working with their clients in times of need."

"I don't like posting reviews and I definitely don't like posting "negative" reviews. But, in this instance it is probably warranted to some degree. I really don't know how this agency would work out for you long-term. Maybe good, maybe not. In some ways they are friendly enough at the onset but the level of customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I come from the Midwest and we had the same agent for well over 10 years without any reservations or concerns at all. Transitioning here has been a challenge to say the least. Maybe it's a fluke or an anomoly but getting a hold of someone or have them follow-up on reconnecting after a voice message seems to fall on the customer's shoulder's and lacks any decent level of what would be considered "good customer service." Sorry..... for some the lowest rates might matter......... but for others, it is customer service. No anger, no bitterness....just truthful and transparent commentary. Good luck going forward, but you might consider doing a little self-evaluation in the near future to avoid unnecessary lost business!"
